Introdution of JIAYIN Sensor Business Union

Jiayin Sensor Division was established in 2021. It is developed on the basis of the flowmeter product line. The main products developed and produced are: flow sensors, pressure switches, pressure sensors, temperature and humidity sensors and liquid level sensors. Established 2 years ago, it has grown from a dozen employees and 1 product to more than 30 employees, 2 invention patents, more than 20 utility model patents, 3 professional product lines, and an estimated output value of more than 30 million yuan in 2022. The products are mainly used in smart home appliances such as water purifiers, coffee machines, steam electric irons, and heat-saving water dispensers. Since the establishment of the Sensor Division, it has established long-term strategic partnerships with more than 50 well-known home appliance companies at home and abroad, including Xinbao, Midea, Haier, Xiaomi, Philips, and Panasonic.

In the future, the business department will focus on the development and research of various sensors. With the advent of the 5G era, various smart home products will become more and more intelligent and networked. Sensors will be indispensable products, and the requirements for sensors will become higher and higher. Higher and higher: more sensitive sensing, faster speed, more accurate data, and smaller size. At present, the business department is working closely with the Department of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology and other universities to study the conversion of slight changes in various physical properties into numbers and amplify them, such as pressure, temperature, displacement, vibration, humidity, and liquid. Various changes such as gas and gas composition are transformed into digital technology and manufactured into products. In order to provide precise, accurate and sensitive sensor products to more application fields, Jiayin Sensor is expanding in the direction of miniaturization, digitization, intelligence and modularization, providing customers with overall technical solutions. The sensor division will adhere to the establishment principle of Jiayin Division, one division for one product, and organize an independent team for each sensor, so as to achieve the ultimate focus and provide customers with more, more professional and cost-effective sensors.
